ProPhotoFlow is for the Pro who needs instant communication with clients & partners and a faster turnaround time for image proofing and approvals. It even integrates seamlessly into your own website by using our customizable widgets.

ProPhotoFlow eliminates the risk of sending full resolution files to clients before receiving payment. Clients access low res files through widgets on your website, but can inspect the images in full RAW or TIFF quality using our Patent Pending loupe tool. This means very large image files can be quickly inspected at full quality, even over a standard broadband connection.

ProPhotoFlow is available as a standalone application and can be easily integrated into your existing website under your own brand. Crucially it is designed to seamlessly integrate to media agencies and marketing clients who are using our Media Lifecycle tools to improve their own corporate workflow processes.

Image Upload through Lightroom and Aperture Plug-ins

Images can be loaded directly into Media Lifecycle plug-ins into Lightroom, Aperture, CaptureOne and others. Alternatively, images can be uploaded via FTP or directly from your desktop. For large batches of images, hard-disks can be collected and sent securely to our data centres located around the country.

Online, interactive proof sheet

The web's first Interactive Proof Sheet™ combines the speed of the internet with the clarity of the written word. No more delays, errors or confusion, just speed, clarity and a faster turn-around time. All parties can collaborate and provide instant feedback, ratings and approval of images online.

Widgets architecture for effortless integration into your own website

Integrating our tools and portfolios into your existing website is easy with our unique widgets. Simply customise the look and feel, grab the HTML code provided and then publish them into your existing pages. This ensures a consistent and personalized experience to your clients, blending our features into your web experience.

Geotagging and advanced filters for fast image retrieval

Geotagging features speed up the process of organising and tagging images giving the ability to search on specific location, seasons and through Wikipedia integration – auto-translation of points of interest. These advanced visual filters and search tools make it easy to find what you and your clients are looking for.

Patent Pending Loupe tool

Users can share low resolution files, but clients can use our Loupe tool to inspect any part of the image in high resolution – all over a standard broadband connection. This Patent Pending feature ensures images can be reviewed by clients in real time and in high quality, but without needing to transfer large image files.

Off site back-up for easy anytime access

Images are hosted in a top of the line full security facility, so only users with the right permissions can gain access at any time. Cost effective pricing plans are available to make perpetual storage of all images cost effective.
